Previous Policy No: 11300031140100234818 (NIA)
I got my vehicle repaired on date 4th Jan-6th Jan 2016 after being surveyed by the Insurance company officer at:
Triumph Hyundai
Address: NH-8, Delhi Jaipur Road, Near McDonald, Nakhrolla,Manesar
Ph: 9711110971
I was billed for amount of Rs.16344/- against Invoice no B201600039. Dtd 06/01/2016. R/O No. R201600034. The payment was made by me through Credit Card.
Claim no : MALAM51CLAM723173
It has been almost 50 days the insurance people have been tossing and harassing me, I have their mail confirmation but still the insurance claim is yet to be refunded to me.
I have provided them Bank details via Hard copy and Via Email but still No action has been taken.
I have put my problem on mail to the Divisional Manager but no response from him.
Kindly file my complaint for the harassment caused to me and to refund my money with interest.
