Services not provided issue with HDFC Life

I hold policy number 16931035 with HDFC life.I applied for address change about a year back with an address proof.Since then i have visited HDFC life branch many a times but they are unable to provide customer service.every time they accept my request form and then nothing happens.Please help me as HDFC life is harassing me.i submitted my request form with stamp from HDFC home loan also for which my policy is associated even then there is nothing that happened.Again now they are asking same thing and again i will have to visit their branch on a working day to submit request.I am tired of HDFC life and beg you of Justice.
