I AM LALIT PAUL A SENIOR CITIZENT , BOUGHT 2 NOS OF SPLIT AIR CONDITION THROUGH BAZAJ FINSERVICE ON 18/4/2016 TAKEN THE EXTENDED WARNITY FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD . FOR BOTH THE AC , AND BOTH THE AC'S GIVEN TROUBLE FROM THE VERY IST YEAR, NOW ONE AC WHICH COVER UNDER INSURANCE COVER NOTE NO OG-17-1000-6609-00069119 SRART GIVING COOLING TROUBLE AND WE MADE A COMPLAIN NO OG191103660900002954 OF 26/8/18 AND 5037 DT 27/8/18
ACCORDINGLY M/S BAJAJ HAS SEND THEIR SERVICING TEAM TO CHECK THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THAT THE COOLING COILS OF THE AC BEYOND THE REPAIRING AND IT HAS TO BE REPLACED, WE MADE MORE THAN 25 CALLS TO THE BAJAJ PEOPLE, WHO VISITED US BUT ALL ARE IN VAIN AND FINIALLY THEY TOLD US TO REPLCE THE COOLING COIL THROUGH THE ORIGINAL COMPANY ie FROM M/S DAIKIN AND THE WILL REPAY US , WITH UNBEARABLE TEMPARATURE OF OVER 42 DEGREE WE CALLED THE DAIKIN PEOPLE TO CHANGE THE COOLING TOWER AND ON 4/9/18 THE CHANGE THE COOLING COIL AND FILL THE GAS AND WE PAID THEM Rs 13278/ , WE ASK THE BAJAJ PEOPLE TO RELEASED THE PAYMENTS AS THIS AC IS UNDE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS WEF 18/4/2017 TO 17/4/2020, NOW FROM 5 9 18 TO TILL DATE WE CALL THEIR REP MR AMIT , MOB NO 8527797488 , INITIALY MR AMIT SAIS THAT CHEQUE WILL BE RELESES IN 7 DAYS , THEN HE ASKED US TO PROVIVE THE DAIKIN BILL COPY AND OUR BANK DETAILS , WE PROVIDE ALL DOCUMENTS AND EVERY DAY CHASE FOR UOR PAYMENTS WE MADE OVER 200 PHONE CALLS BUT 80% CASES HE DONT PICKED UP THE PHONES, AND WE USE TO GET A SMS I AM BUSY IN A MEETING , WE ALSO MADE MANY REQUEST THROUGH WHATS UP MESSAGE TO GET BACK THE MONEY BUT ALL IN VAIN , NOW KINDLY TAKE UP MATTER TO GET BACK OUR MONEY AND PENALISED THE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY ACCORDING TO THE INDAIN PENAL CODE , THANKS, LALIT PAUL
