Dear sir ,
I made a policy no.(03340514) on 11 may 2016 in favour of my son kartikey Rai I paid the 1st installment by cash in the branch . But I wanted to cancel my policy after the 1st installment so I informed the customer care about cancelation of policy and they said that ok .so I didn't pay the second installment, but without giving any information they deduct 18606/- from my BOB Account no.29640100016850 on 4 April 2018 .I already made a complain against this issue but they make me wander from one office to other office.sir I want to close my policy and I need my money back with penal amount please take any action against this company.
