Non payment of Maturity Amount complain with HDFC LIFE INSURANCE

I had a policy matured in March 2017, for which i had made so many efforts all in vain. The Policy at time of purchase was in the name of "NEELAM GUPTA", which in course of time my name was changed to "NEELAM GOYAL" after marriage. The said change has been done in all my legal documents which include PAN CARD & Bank Accounts(where the details are same and name updated). Besides that i have Voters ID, AAdhar Card, Passport with all updated name. But all my requests have been rejected by them as they need Marriage Certificate Only. Is this organisation over and above GOVT OF INDIA, which has accepted the due change and issued all the documents but not HDFC Life as they still asking for MC.
