I mistakenly Paid double payment to Insurance company to buy single Policy.
I Paid to insurance company on 24/01/2019 at Noon by "CreditCard" and after that we called to Executive to confirm the paid amount, but insurance executive told me that our system not show the paid amount, so please try again to make payment, But this payment Received by insurance company on next day on date 25.01.2019.

On same day (24/01/2019) in evening Executive called again to me to paid the payment and I mistakenly paid to Insurance company again by "DebitCard" in the Evening, This amount Insurance company received on same date & policy issued with same.

But when we check my net-banking on next day we found that the paid amount deduct from both by my creditcard and by my Acoount used by debitcard, and then I called to Insurance Executive for discus paid double payment.
Then insurance Executive checked and confirm and also accepted that the Insurance company receive Double payment, and "Creditcard" payment received on next day (25/01/2019), and on next day I also called to bank, and bank provide a Reference No. This reference No. also we send to Insurance company by Mail.

Now when we make request to insurance company regarding to double payment, they reply to me that we already refund my double payment, But I not received my refund payment.
Sir Please help me, and do as soon as possible..Please.

I also attached the bank statement and Credit card statement, provided by bank.
