SIR MY SENIOR CITIZEN PARENTS HAVING POLICY NO. 30403887201500 OF MAXBUPA HEALTH INSURANCE FROM 2015.BECAUSE OF AN ACCIDENT EMERGENCY MY MOTHER GET OPERATION IN 2015. BUT MAX BUPA REJECTED THE CLAIM. HE IS NOT GIVING US CLAIM. MY MOTHER OPERATION WAS BECAUSE OF EMERGENCY. WHILE TAKING POLICY MY MOTHER WAS FIT AND FINE. HOW COMPANY CAN REJECT CLAIM . PLEASE HELP ME
