sir/maam my phone was stolen at new delhi railway station on 7th oct 2019. i bought my phone from flipkart and i also bought complete mobile protection from flipkart. in this (cmp) i claim for my insurance then sir/maam they rejected my claim because i registered my fir in lost property after 3 days a call come from that side and they said me first register your fir in under section 154 then after your claim was passed. i go back delhi and register my fir (us 154) and they gave me email address and i send that fir photo on that email now they said the photo you drop on email address is not covered in over department and now sir/maam they rejected my claim please sir/maam help me im from middle class family
