I have bought a phone samsung j5.and bought a insurance from appsyouneed.my phone got damaged in march and it was declared as total loss complaint no.-DMAR11787.it has been 5 months and i have not received my cheque and i have given my phone box,original invoice,accessories and a cancelled cheque.And they are not responding to calls and complaints on website and apps.nor they are replying to the mails.
