policy sold through forgery

I herein draw your attention to the below mentioned Exide Life Insurance policies which were mis sold to me by some Mr. Arun Saxena, Ph. no. 7087003915 (who said that he is talking form Life insurance complaint department n his number in true caller also showed that he is from Lic Complaint in Punjab).

Mr. Saxena asked if I was dissatisfied from any of my current policies, to which I replied that I am a policy holder of SUD Life and to withdraw that policy I have to personally visit the branch, but as there’s no branch nearby area in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand , so I am not able to withdraw my policy.

Then, Mr. Saxena apprised me with the fact that the policy can be withdrawn by communication through them. But for that I have to either first get the erstwhile policy reactivated or to buy a new policy, for which he suggested the Exide life policy. I received a form for Exide life policy through email from complaint@insurer.com & also couriered the required documents to Mr. Harminder Singh Exide life insurance SCO166-167, Sec 9C Madhya Marg Chandigarh-16009.

Now, after the activation of both the above policies, Mr. Saxena had disappeared and I had become a policyholder of two new polices but my purpose and intention of cancellation of erstwhile policy and also the new policies was not solved. However, on repeated following up with Star Union Daichi (SUD), I managed to have that erstwhile policy deactivated.



On account of the above facts, it is herein stated that I am in no financial position to continue with the above-mentioned life Insurance policies. I had also requested the Exide Life Insurance Company to help me withdraw these policies since they were missold to me but got a negative revert from them as stated in the trailing mail that “Policy is out of free look period”.

I request you to please look into the matter and help me cancel the policies stated above.
