Overcharging, have done bumper to bumper insurance for my from oriental insurance company

I have done bumper to bumper insurance for my from oriental insurance company for which I am paying premium well in time ( copies of previous year and current policy attached)
I met with an accident on 06.07.18 at Chandigarh while driving my car( copy of ddr by police attached). I got 20000 rupees from the person who hit my car as to meet out expenses of towing my car to Jammu and other expenses as NCB and others to be taken by insurance company plus my personal belongings damage.
However, on top of 2047 rupees taken by insurance company as NCB they have taken 14644 from me saying they have taken into consideration 20000 rupees taken by me. However, I have given 15000 rupees to towing person, 2047 for NCBAnd again 14644 to insurance company and got only 20000 by the damage causer.i am at loss in addition to loss of my personal belongings.
It isn’t request to you to direct insurance company to not to take 20000 into consideration as I am paying them NCB and claim amount as per our agreement.
I feel harassed and fooled by the insurance company as they have wasted my time and money.
I tried but could not upload files.
