My name is Nadir Siddiqui i have purchased my Xiaomi redmi note 3 on 16 april 2016 with mi protect patched up with oneassist my screen is broked and i will give the phone to insurance company on 12/05/16 and now is 18/09/16 aprrox 5 mounths done they didn't giving my phone i am struggling student i don't have money to buy new one they played with my fellings they changed again and again due dates alredy 14 due dates changed i called everyday and they sayes since 3 months your phone deliver in next 48 hours and still 48 hours not yet come i have all documents everything
