Dear Sir
I filed the claim on April 18
Earlier was raised the claim but I don’t need that time because my mobile repaired & start I close that claim from my side with all document.

But one assist reject new claim because of old & new claim same.
Its not same I try to convince to one assite thru mail 15 to 16 time.
But they intentionally reject again & again.
My accusation is that "one assist" to miss guide the customer, first insist to write in the wrong place and then for this reason the claim was rejected.
