Not getting insurance documents, Shimla /kunihar service provider

It is very disheartening to complain that I have deposited my insurance amount yesterday on maruti Suzuki service center Kunihar but still after making a number of calls I am waiting for my policy documents which is going to expire today. Everyone is giving me a fake assuarance that u will get it in two hours. I m on a drive to my home with a faith that u will email me but still no response from anyone. Kindly send me the soft copy.
