I would like to inform you that A damage hand set SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 PRIME which I was claimed on 3rd Nov 2016 to Apps you need.in, and the Complaint Identification No is (D60262006532) in Mobile insurance company. Which expected delivery date was 15/12/2016. But yet i am not found my hand set and not getting any information. As I call to this no. 01139586454 (customer care no) they are simply ignoring me and asking me for have patience, and they will update me within 48 hrs but not a single call I received till now.Then again when I call back to same same no. they repeat me the same for the last 7 ( seven) months.
