Mis-selling of Health Insurance

This is regarding policy no P/700002/01/2016/009073 (STAR HEALTH INSURANCE ) for which i have not received physical policy pack till date .
However , In Dec'15 ,i came to know that the policy i have taken for my parents is not flotter policy as communicated to me while selling .
The cover given is individual insurance .

I am following up with Policy Bazaar who actually sold the policy and Star Health Insurance but they are not refunding my Money.
