Dear sir /Madam
I am Deepak Kumar Sahu, i was traped by advisors of PNB Metlife by wrong commitment of mediclaim policy. Both Advisors Mr. DevRaj Choudhary and Mr. Mohit Sharma are making false commitment regarding policy. Last year they provide to me pnb met life policy (policy no-24299509)of guaranteed future plan policy worth Rs. 31350/- with the commitment of with this policy I am also get "Care freedom plan of religare" and Additional benefit
1)= Mediclaim 4 lakh 5 member
2)=20% cashback on all premium. limit time'offer
After waiting for few month which is already told by both the advisors I am trying to contact with both of them but they frequently ignore my call even didn't recieves. still last year till September I was waiting and trying to clarifying all this issue but they not received any call of my. I have all the screen shot of they commitment in whatsapp chat .
I need to surender my policy ane return my cashback please.
