INTENTIONAL DELAY IN CLAIM SETTLEMENT BY MD INDIA

I initiated claim as procedure laid by MD India on 13/12/2015. i have followed all the guidelines issued by MD India customer care, & as they informed earlier i have to opt "Non Cashless" as there was no listed hospital for eye care at Alibag. I send them all documents by courier which were reached them on 18/12/2015 as per POD of Courier Company. It was expected that claim should get settled in 7 days. When I checked online, I observed that status of my claim was not changing, further it was informed me that documents received on 21/12/15 by SMS, hence I initially contacted to customer care of MD India on 6/01/16. In response Mr. Atul Thorat, Customer Support Team responded & informed me that claim will settled in 7/8 days. I waited & again checked the claim status, but status was not changed, hence i again contacted on 17/01/16 in response Mr. Thorat again informed allow us some more time. Now it’s more than a one & half month my claim is showing same status & no progress. I also contacted MD India on whatsapp but same answer I have got.
It is intentional delay from MD India side as I have already paid the hospital charges & all parables, further they are manipulating information as per their convenience. No one is responding in proper way & providing detailed updates & not settling my claim.
