I applied for a corona kavach policy for my mother from policy bazaar.com on 30.09.2020 through their mobile app.I made the payment on the same day.Application number:800015263 and booking id :332713305.Since there was no communication about the policy from their side.I called them and requested give me an update on the same.They told me that the insurance will be issued within 24 hours.After waiting for 24 hours I contacted them.Then I got a reply that my policy will be issed within 48 hours.Again I called them and requested to give me an udate.They informed me that I will get the soft copy before 05.0.2020.But till now I have not received any documents from them and they are asking for more time.
On 06.10.2020 ,I sent them a mail for cancelling my request and refunding my money.They have send a reply asking me to give them time.I am not in a position to wait further.Kindly help me to get my money back
