Gave my phone for repair to appsdaily and have not receive my phone back in 4 months

My phone (Galaxy S6-edge) display got damaged, so I gave my phone to Appsdaily customer care center in Bangalore for repair on 18th Nov 2016 and till now I have not received my phone back. I can not talk to them through their customer care number (022 6155 5222) as they have blocked the service of directly talking to customer care and want us to check the status in their web portal and when I try to check status in their web portal it does not show any status ,and the customer care center where I gave my phone has been closed. Its like they have closed all the gates to reach them. Kindly, help me to get my phone back.
