मेरा नाम हरिशंकर मौर्य है़ मैं अपना ट्रैक्टर चलाता हूं, जिसका एकि्सीडेन्ट हो गया था, मैने उसी समय कम्पनी को फोन द्वारा सूचित किया, तब इन्श्योरेन्स कम्पनी से अधिकारी आये मौके की जांच करके गये और कहा की आपका क्लेम जल्द ही पास हो जाएगा, और कहा गया आप एजेऩ्सी से अपना ट्रैक्टर को बनवा लीजिए और बिल लगा दी़जिए, फिर मैने वैसा ही किया, जिसके सम्बन्ध में अभी तक कोई क्लेम पास नही किया गया, और मुझे परेशान किया जा रहा है तथा बार-बार सारे कागजात मांगा जाता रहा है, जबकी मैने कई बार सारे कागजात स्वयं जमा किया है,
