Compliant against AVIVA Life Insurance for delayed maturity payment

Greetings of the day!
With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to inform you that one of life insurance policy vide no. EPG1236526 (re-numbered as 00750695) matured on 31/03/2016 but till the date (09/04/25016) the matured amount has not been credited in my SBI SB A/c -30123571234, although the bank details along with a cancelled cheque has already been furnished to the AVIVA's Agartala office dt. 24/01/2016 (copy acknowledgement has been attached for ready reference).
I have talked with Agartala office regarding the matter as well as booked a on line complaint vide complaint no. PSR8538699 using AVIVA Life Insurance Company's on line compliant portal.
Already 9 days lapsed from the due date of payment but till the date (09/04/2016) I have not received the maturity amount. Other insurance companies such as LICI always pays matured amount exactly on the due date but AVIVA do not follow the same.
I, therefore, request you to take appropriate measure and please instruct AVIVA to pay me promptly.
I would also want to book a complaint against AVIVA for delayed payment and seek compensation for their harassment and delayed payment.
