My health insurance policy no.316108000042410200 was taken in August 2013 from L&T Insurance.For the last 2 years I've been sending my cheque.
In August 2015 I'd given the cheque dated 7/8/15,cheque no- 542720 and money (Rs.13,303)has been credited to L&T Insurance on 7/8/15 and they have send me the policy on 11/8/15.
On August 2016 I've to renew my policy, when I contacted the executive they say that my policy has been lapsed.So far they have not refunded my money or nobody contacted me regarding this matter.
When my cheque has been bounced how did my money get credited to their account?
This is a case of cheating and fraud business.
