Hello Sir/Madam,

I did submitted my handset for repair in oneassit insurance, they collected the handset on 9th of august 2016, on 17th of september they rejected the claim saying that your imei number was not updated with us so they will not pass the claim , as the handset was Iphone 6 Plus and the claim amount came to be Rs 27,000.00. I am still waiting to get my Iphone back its 3 months already, can you please help me in this as i think they are a fraud company.
