Sir, kindly find the mail which is send to insurance company.. on may 16, 2016

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a home insurance policy from Icici lombard on 20th december 2011 Lombard Policy Certificate No: 4013/W­5398639/00/000. I had a policy claim in last year and where in My washing machine & Inverter got damaged due to lightning and thundering. This is been duly informed to ICICI lombard. but all their response stuck to routine below message. I have taken it up with the higher authorities namely
Ms. Deepa R., Manager - Service Quality
Ms. Vasundhara B, Vice President – Service Quality

none of them responded in writing other than the mails which i had.. but they called up and told me. May i request you to take it up with the concerned.
