i have car insurane of tata aig general insurance.policy no 015541082700 ,agent code. 5680546. at the time insurance he promise me that the service will cashless.when any damage in your car it would be cashless service.but after my car accident he inform me you pay it i will give you transfer money to your a/c instant. todays later he inform me he will transfer money within 7 days. after ten days i complain in tata aig .gen. insurance with help line. but they inform me that they will call back me within 2 -3 hours. but it last several days. agent chance his numbers and not replying my call.
