I had bought an iphone 5s from Krishna Communication,Patna and got the insurance done from Apps you need both on 6/1/16. During 20th August 2016 my phone was damaged and placed it for repair with the local center of Apps you Need. Two days after this their website showed status"Picked Up" and for the past two 3 months it has been the same where as i was promised a return within 25 days. There has been no proper response from their side so i would like to have a cash refund of 75000..because i have got loose of my time and now i have already buy another phone..so i want 75000 case as a penelty....i called lots of time and text too..but they did not gave the goor response.
