Complaint against Mall Road Office Staff for misleading.

Bought an insurance policy of Rinn Raksha on SBI Loan Account Number 35950418868 in 2016. A revival took place in 2020 by depositing 41,532 rupees. A medical was also conducted for same on 03-01-2021. Now they are telling me that the policy is expired. It is a mental as well as economical pain given by company.
