My Vehicle was damaged in an accident on 09 February 2020. I have insured my vehicle from HDFC Ergo Insurance Company.Till date My claim not settled down. SAS Hyundai & Insurance company not doing settlement. First they told me that your vehicle will be in total lost. I have all mail communications.
From go head of Insurance company that Approx 28000/ I(Customer) will pay and rest amount Insurance company will pay. When My car got dismantlement then SAS hyundai says that Total cost of repaire will cross IDV value. Now there are no response from HDFC ERGO.
