This is to inform you that your employee (Sh. Padam Bahadur , Employee No. 047751) of Bharti AXA Life who has visited at my father`s house along with his two colleagues during November 2015 and they have cheated/misguided my father and have used the pre-matured policies amount against polices No.5004463559 and 5004623178 and have issued two new policies 5013771315 and 5013771463 for each yearly premium of Rs. 103630/-.

Here I would like to advise that their above officer has cheated and manipulated the following facts:

1. They have totally given the wrong information about the policy and when policies were received the facts were different.
2. They have issued both the polices in the name of Subhank Rastogi
3. They have increased the yearly premium amount from 10000/- to 1 Lakh in both the policies ( We do not know how my father will be able to give this premium as his total yearly earning will be equal to these polices

We have sent the above policies for cancellation to the company and copy of letter is attached for your information.

One policy 501-3771315 has been cancelled .

Bharti AXA life has not taken any action despite repeated request against the employee Mr. Padam Bahadur and they are refusing to cancel the policy by giving the different detials of despatching and taking the plea that 15 days freelook period is over.

Request you to look into it as it is clear case of cheating and fraud weith Sr Citizen and insurance employees are taking the advantage of age and hearing abilities of Sr. Citizens.

Hence this complaint.
