Hi ..
I would like to tell you i was buy a national insurance policy by bagga linked and now policy renewal is due on 11th June..I called to many time Bagga Linked advisor Simran Rawat 9818996777..but they did not response to any call and now her day next day call comes to me and she said rudely even i didn't pick the call then you would have to call in office but you forget bagga linked is my agent and took commision of my policy renewal after that you will provide the service but her way of talking to customer seriously very heartful and anpad gawar.. i want to tell bagga linked is good and nice company but bagga linked how to deal with such of staff who does not to manners to talk to the customer. i request to high management of bagga linked please as soon as work on my mail and action should be talked such of staff Simran Rawat 9818996777..

After that next i recieved second call of Priyanka +91 98181 99354, she is also very duffer and lake of knowledge and i told her all about my query and she tell i worked on this but she is making fool, i said my policy is running and expire on 11june 2023 national insurance by maruti bagga linked policy number is 39030031221847880205, she told server is down but i asked the question kya meri policy hogi ya ni..but she said yes. After some time she said no then yes. and tell if you hurry up so you get your policy another company..i would not renewed your policy and i will not let the policy from my company.Do what you want to do no one can harm me infect bagga linked because i m senior of this company ..now as like i m customer of reputed company but such type of staff very shame less and unprofessional staff handling the customer query and customer ..now i don't want to any car any motor vehicle any insurance policy with bagga linked..
