Dear Sir/Madam,
I have registered with A V Immigration firm in April 2014 with full amount paid against migration to Australia. Company has fraud me giving wrong information that I (Huzefa Rangwala) can surely score 7 points in each subject of IELTS and insisted to pay amount of Rs.70000/- immediately to start the migration process. After which I have joined coaching class and have appeared to IELTS twice on my own account, but was not able to score points in IELTS as required for migration procedure. Thereafter I have undergone financial crisis due to Rs. 1 lakh loan for migration purpose and also due to my mother operation. Hence I requested A V Immigration company to refund my amount deducting your administrative charges. After my appeal A V Immigration answered me after one year saying that you cannot get any refund back. This has ruined my life due to tremendous financial crisis. I am salaried person with parents and my own family as dependent.
As A V immigration has not started the process and only had collected some of mine document; which are to be processed after I am cleared through IELTS test.
I request to register my complain and help me to get the refund (deducting admin charges).
Trust to have my refund back because it hold great value for me.
