Rude behaviour by immigration officers in trivandrum airport

Dear sir, I'm writing this with much pain and grief. Its about a harsh behaviour by one of the immigration officers tonight [31.12.2021]. This is my second time facing such issue. It seems the officers turn rude only after knowing that I'm from a different state.
I humbly request you to train them not to be rude with any passenger for silly reasons or being racist.
Incident details
1. Two months ago this happened. I had no idea they would ask all the documents including the ica approval so it took some time to get them from my bag on request[which was very rude]
2. Asked me to join the last in the queue.
3. Today, I gave all the documents and the officer incharge threw it and asked for the passport. I gave the old one first which has the visa but the officer scolded badly for not giving the new passport.
