Refund required for discontinuation of Treatment

Hi My name is Twinkle and I started laser treatement with Dr.Batra's Homeopathy Clinic in December 2022. I completed one sitting but then encountered a past patient who is getting coarse hair on her face after completion of the treatment. I contacted with the doctor in jabalpur to deduct the money for one sitting and refund me the remaining amount as I didn't want to continue the treatment but she spoke rudely and said there is no such policy like that. What am I required to do in such case? I cannot take the risk of completing the treatment after what I saw. Please I request Dr.Batra's Homeopathy Clinic to look into this and help me get my money back
