Hospital not returning my security deposit amount

Hospital Complaint Complaint Date: February 4, 2022
Dear Sir,
I was admitted in Gokuldas Hospital in November & December month for surgery of my kidney stone.
Hospital has deposited Rs. 5000 both times as a deposit amount which they told me to return after one month.
But after continuously following up they are not giving my money.
Both the claims has been settled by my insurance company and I have to get Rs. 9700/- from Hospital.
Please do the needful
