Without charge no service complain against Samsung India

We were purchased a Samsung TV on dated 11 /7/18 Rs 12900 /.invoice no 02124/1819/07203. No display on 25 /7/18.we complain to Samsung cs. Complain no 4265422142. Samsung engineer observed and tell us pay Rs 3170+Gst with 650/service charge extra because TV serceat destroyed for sutch current supply by HD box. Samsung company no replace my TV set. Cabil oporetor said Samsung are wrong words. PLS TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO?
