    Ii was very sad to ...i m living mohul bagan colony...in mugma dhanbad kumardhubi ...ther massiv shortage of water ....ther is not a drop of water to consume ....it is occupy by ecl but unfortally ther is no futer action taken by ecl ....n it was just matter of ignornce....n 16 day has past but not reve water supply yet .....plzz help us we cant live without water ...how life running here ..just like jal bin machli ...plzzz focus on this regard
