Video door phone not working

Sir , I purchased a video door phone from galaxy security Karan nagar,srinagar for 14500 rupees inbyhe month of October 2020 and within 3 months it stopped wor. It is under warranty for two years. I called the same shopkeeper but he is not responding. Please help
