i bought an Philips home audio system on 6 january 2018, i filed my complaint regarding my philips audio system with customer care on 6.08.2018 but till date no support has been given, every time i call customer care they keep on saying that it will take another 10-15 days to get it resolved, its been now 1 month and 21 days hearing the same execuse. please help me to get my product replaced or repaired within a week or they should return my money along with penalty.
