Unable to Replace Faulty Part since last 20 days

I was observing cooling issue in 1.5 Ton Invertor AC purchased in July 2015.

I lodged complaint with company’s customer care. Complaint No. is 20092603466

Complaint was passed to your Authorized Service Center: JMVD Solutions, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Service Engineer Mr. Akif Khan (Mobile No: 9928186837) was assigned the task to check this issue. He visited to our place and diagnosed that PCB of AC is to be replaced.

Order was placed to replace the PCB.

Today it’s been almost 20 days, PCB has not been replaced. Called several times – but there is no response from company side.

This is annoying and truly harassment
