TV sony india purchased above model TV just 4.5 years back at cost Rs30000 rupees

Please note that I had purchased above model TV just 4.5 years back at cost Rs30000 rupees .But I am sorry to inform you that within a small period the T V became defective.I had complained through your toll free number your engineer.also attained .They told me to change picture screen which was cost 10000. So I just request you a Sony brand TV cost 30000 rupees,its picture screen damaged within just 4.5 year ,it is a great setback for me .Now I am not a condition to afford 10000 rupees.
