Dear Sir/Mam

I wish to complaing about COL MAHARAJA BLOW WIND BP1623 GURJEET SINGH that u purchase on 30 April 2018 from karnal sargum store kunjpura road .
I am complaining because i have been given defected product .moter of cooler was damaged twice with in a month and there is leakage problem from day one.
When i first leanead of this prblm ,i contected customer care at Maharaja company and they send the technision who replaced the moter but could not identified leakage problem due to which i am facing lots of problem till today .yesterday again moter broke down .i have called service center several times and asked them to replace the model of cooler of defected cooler but but they are anable tp solve my problem and are not willing to change the defected product.service center people tellinge that they will change the body and moter but will not change the full model.now i request u please help me out and solve the problem
