Respected sir/ madam
I had purchased a prestige gas stove with four shigadi from sangola shop and one day suddenly fire broke out from the switch, so I complaint the matter to the company .The service man came and checked the stove and said everything was ok not to worry .But again after 15 days same thing happened and again I called the service number he said madam there is no problem with stove , but I want to know how does fire occurs. The man told next time you send us the photo while the stove burns. I did the same thing and send the photo to service number but still now we haven't received any one from prestige.
It's very bad to see with such prestigious company .
