No After Sales Service, I purchased Bosch Dishwasher from Vjay Sales, Baner Branch, Pune.

I purchased Bosch Dishwasher from Vjay Sales, Baner Branch, Pune. Dishwasher has been broken down since last 20 days. Vijay Sales is not responding properly to my calls. They have not been find a fault and repair it from last 15-20 days. I want to return this faulty machine and want full refund along with mental harassment charges.
