Poor quality shoe delivered

Order no.95935924 .Bought shoes from myntra of kool n keech company and has been delivered with a poor quality of shoes. Whenever worn even for about 30 min. They start smelling a lot and even it was quite embarrassing for me because of those shoe when i went to my relative house and as soon as i removed them. It was a hell lot of smell. And was quite embarrassing have contacted company but they denied any refund or help. I want my full refund and and additional reimbursement because of all those embarrassment faced due to them.
