Not repair under warranty period, Even he is not picking my call & not responding.

I bought a refrigerator on 17th.Sep.2108 from Gupta Brothers (Nick Name is Neeraj)with 1-year seller warranty. That time they given me faulty product & they repaired that time also then on 17th.Sep.2018 i have told that please replace i don't want then he told that we will repair. Then again same issue & Now it's not working & seller saying you will put 50% of the cost of repairing.

I have seen this refrigerator ad on facebook & then talking to him & he told me this factory second product with minor scraches only & he told that if any issue we will provinde support with 1 year warranty.

Even he is not picking my call & not responding.

Sir, please help.
