On 26/05/18 the above company sent an inexperienced technician.Cooling was there still filled up gas and on enquiringly how much gas is filled -replied you can’t know,meter doesn’t provide the right data.
Assembled the ac in a very unprofessional way-the flaps of ac are not opening so ac can’t be operated.
On complaining the reply was .open with your hands.
At present the cost of a split AC is about Rs35,000/ or more,the way it was treated was shocking.I have been continuously calling and mailing them but they are not ready to send someone to rectify the mistake and make my ac work in approximately 44•C or more Temperature.My husband is a senior citizen and can’t run about here and there.Due to these people we are suffering in this heat.
I have suffered too much mental tension due to these people and I am already a hypertension and diabetes patient.
