RO unit purchased with one year extended paid warranty, Vijay sales sold third party extended warranty which Kent is not supporting.
Since last 45 days my unit is not functional and neither repaired by KENT nor by Third party.

Despite multiple follow-up my RO unit is not repaired, in this pandemic my family is exposed to too many people to arrange our daily drinking water needs, due to lack of services my entire family is on health risk and its big mental harassment for me.
