i have purchase water heater 2 months ago warranty 1 years company lifelong but he dined us

we need help from this side.

Totally seamless experience for 1st time purchase lifelong product from Amazon 

It's showing 1 years warranty but no one's help us.

I am also b2b customer i have thinking for bulk purchase but this issues relly shameless

Contact with seller support he dined for raise ticket

I am uploading this issues to b2b consumer panel also.
I want replacement it over 7 days no one responses.
