Delay in providing in service

I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance Retail Limited, opp Head post office, Burdwan, Pin 713101,(W.B), Registered office: 3rd floor, Court house, Lokmanya Tilak marga, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai-400002 on 16/02/2020. Since 26/05/2020 it is not working and I lodged complaint to Reliance Retail Limited on 26/05/2020, complaint no. 8038240201, as there is tie-up between Reliance and Whirlpool, any service related issue handled by Reliance Retail Limited only. I also mailed my complaint on 08/06/2020 to BM.bade@ril.com, cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com, reliancedigital@ril.com, but till date there is no solution.
